Who it is for

Working from home

Sole traders and consultants who would rather not hand out a home address, or have it sitting on a website where anyone can find it.

Replacing a PO box

Businesses that want a real office address on their website and letterhead, with their mail handled for them rather than waiting in a box.

Based somewhere else

Businesses located outside of Melbourne or interstate that want a credible Melbourne address, with their mail received and handled locally.

Better than a PO box

A street address, not a box number

A prestigious St Kilda Road address on your website, invoices and business assets, where a PO box would not be accepted or would not look the part.

Processed the same business day

Every item is received, recorded and processed the day it arrives, and you are notified with the sender and the mail type. No trips to check an empty box.

Every item, your call

Have it scanned and emailed, held for collection, forwarded by post or shredded. Customise mail management actions item by item or all together from your client portal.

What is NOT included

Virtual Address is a mailbox for your business, not a front desk.

  • Parcels and courier deliveries are not accepted. Anything that does not fit through a letter slot cannot be accepted.
  • Your business is not represented to visitors. Reception represents Virtual Office and Registered Office members only. If you expect visitors, see Virtual Office.
  • Meeting rooms and offices cannot be booked.
  • Additional business names cannot be added.
  • The address cannot be used with ASIC or the ATO. That correspondence is returned to sender.

More than a mailbox

Virtual Office adds a staffed reception that represents your business to your visitors, greeting them in your business name, and signs for your parcels and courier deliveries. You can also book meeting rooms and offices at member rates, and set up phone answering in your business name, whenever you need them, billed on your monthly invoice.

Your address listed with ASIC or the ATO

Registered Office allows you to list the address as your registered office and principal place of business. We keep this address for verified, legitimate businesses, which protects your ASIC listed address.

Virtual Address questions

Can I use this address on my website and invoices?

Yes. The address is yours to use on your website, your email footers, your invoices and your marketing for as long as you hold the package. It is an address for your business and your mail, rather than a place to receive visitors.

Can I register this address with ASIC as my registered office?

Not on Virtual Address. Listing the address as your registered office with ASIC, or as your principal place of business with the ATO, requires the Registered Office package. We keep this address for verified, legitimate businesses, so ASIC and ATO correspondence on any other package is returned to sender.

What happens to my mail?

Mail is processed the same business day it arrives, and you are notified with the details of each item. You can then have it scanned and emailed, held for collection, forwarded by post, returned to sender or discarded, all from your client portal. Any postage cost is passed on at cost.

Do you accept parcels?

No. Virtual Address accepts anything that fits through a letter box slot. Parcels and courier deliveries are not accepted. If you expect parcels, use the Virtual Office package which includes parcel and courier receiving.

Will reception look after my visitors?

No. On Virtual Address, reception does not represent your business to visitors. That starts at Virtual Office, where your visitors are greeted in your business name and their details are passed on to you. You can still collect your own mail from reception in person.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. Packages run month by month, with no sign-up fee and no exit fee.
