The receptionists time is charged at a flat rate of $1 per minute.
Charges only apply for time spent actively engaged in your calls.

Support Service Costs
Your full-time support team is on-site and ready to assist.
No matter what the task, our team are here to help.
Support services are charged on time and materials basis.
  • Time
The time taken to complete your tasks and is charged in blocks of 5 minutes.
The costs is $5.00 + GST per 5 minute block
  • Materials
Items purchased or other expense incurred to complete the task.
Examples are postage costs, courier costs, stationery items and the like.
Materials are charged at cost without any markup or margins added.
We will always get your approval before spending any amounts on your behalf unless the prices are clearly listed in our price list and would reasonably be expected to apply.
