Whether it’s to print and bind a document, handle a special delivery or bank a cheque, our support staff are available between 8:30am—5:30pm Monday to Friday. Support Services are charged in 5 minute blocks at a rate of $4.00 per 5 minutes.

** Meeting Rooms and Private offices are available by the hour or by the day. Check our Room Hire Rates.

*** Reception Services includes answering calls, taking caller details, sending email messages, sending text messages and other call handling requirements as instructed. Reception services are charged at $1.00 per minute (or part thereof).

**** Melbourne Business Centre will not accept bulk deliveries (more than 5 parcels per delivery), parcels that are oversized (larger than 30cm x 30cm x 30cm) or parcels that are overweight (over 10 Kgs).

± Outgoing call costs apply for calls transferred or forwarded to external telephone numbers. Call costs are passed on to the client at cost.

±± Australia Post will forward standard mail at no additional cost. If postage charges apply, they will be passed onto you at cost.
